.gam Hex Editing Help?

Hey guys. So, I've been trying to find the "Exportable" byte in the .gam files that i have to make npcs become exportable. I have pretty much all but given up... I believe I've found the byte in the hex editor of mine, but I don't know what to change it to! Could someone help me make sure I have the right byte, and lemme know what to change it to? Thanks!

Btw, I am on android, so PC stuff can't help me.

EDIT: Since there has been no response so far, could someone just edit the attached savegame and make Wilson exportable in the meantime? Thanks!
