"The Spirit of Baldur's Gate"

So, I am going to blame @Anduin for this with his recent casting of the powerful lich/gnome summon spell. Somehow my dormant creative spark got woken up for the first time in several years. Could be better but I am tired now so fiddling with it will end up worse.

"The Spirit of Baldur's Gate"

Begin the day with a friendly voice,
Oh, it's Imoen, saying "Heya..."
Find the clearing, hope for something good
And the magic scrolls lift your morning mood.

Off on your way, can't go back to home,
Magic missiles in your fingers
For the Spirit ever lingers,
Grantng spells to faithful priests who fight and cast and roam.

(chorus)
Millions of points out there waiting for us
The dwarf just drank an entire brewery!
Oublek just posted another new bounty
Come on! We need to go, get more XP's
(chorus)

The tons of extra longswords and daggers we found
Can be sold or dually wielded
Or you can go two handed, it's really just an option
For shield integrity...yeah, integrity.

One likes to believe in the freedom of maces,
But unwary clerics without any defenses
Can be defeated by thieves with backstabbing...yeah

(chorus)

For the words of Alaundo were written on Candlekeep walls,
Adventure Calls!
I need the gear of Balduran. Of Balduran. Of Balduran.

Here is the original.

"The Spirit of Radio"-Rush

Begin the day with a friendly voice,
A companion unobtrusive
Plays that song that's so elusive
And the magic music makes your morning mood.

Off on your way, hit the open road,
There is magic at your fingers
For the Spirit ever lingers,
Undemanding contact in your happy solitude.

(chorus)
Invisible airwaves crackle with life
Bright antennae bristle with the energy
Emotional feedback on timeless wavelengths
Bearing in gifts beyond price, almost free
(chorus)

All this machinery making modern music
Can still be open-hearted.
Not so coldly charted, it's really just a question
Of your honesty, yeah, your honesty.

One likes to believe in the freedom of music,
But glittering prizes and endless compromises
Shatter the illusion of integrity....yeah

(chorus)

For the words of the prophets (profits) were written on the studio walls,
In concert halls!
And echoes with the sounds of salesmen. Of salesmen. Of salesmen.

Some things just cannot be unseen.
I go now to cleanse my memory cells with rum.

and the gnolls are all kept equal
    by greatsword, axe, and bows.
