Necromancer spell questions

Trying out a dark and gritty new pc, a necromancer. Not too dark, though. I want to role play the character like my favourite character Death from Sandman series. Not too serious and grim, but mysterious and actually scary not because he is horrible or ugly, but inevitable and ultimate. Thus high charisma, and chaotic good alignment to have fairy dragon's illusion buff at the very least. (I know neutral fits Death better, but I really want the fairy dragon for mass invisibility.)

I would like to try necromantic spells with the specialist save vs penalties. They work, right? I bet finger of death will be truly powerful when I get to that. (-4 to save, -8 to save after malison:scary!) Even wail of the banshee can be useful after a greater malison. (Save vs death at -6!) He will be gentle and welcoming enemies to the final sleep with open arms, much like the Death character. Not psychotic or derranged, just making the circle come full, and doing what is inevitable.

My question:Do touch spells also enjoy save penalties, namely will my chill touch and ghoul touch also work at -2 to opponents save?

I picked spirit armor at creation, but now I think...it forces a save vs spells at the end to avoid damage. It makes a necromancer's spirit armor is even worse, if it forces save vs at -2. If cast on self, it will negate necromancer +2 save bonus, so the necromancer will make a normal save. If cast on allies, it will be harder for them to avoid the damage, right? Makes no sense. A necromancer's spell should not be worse for the allies.

Oh well, I should mod the spirit armor giving +2 bonus to its save at the end when cast by a necromancer. It should be a better buff cast by a necromancer, not a worse one. If only I knew how..hmm. Anyway, nobody dies off 2d4 damage in games, right? (Rolls eyes) (in real life most people have like 3-4 hit points, I think.)
