    The Dagger of Venom, sold in Beregost. One of the best weapons in the game, really.

    No, I need a generic +2 dagger, sadly.

    You can also get that same +2 dagger by killing Marek in Northeast Baldur's Gate.

    Thank you both mates. Another question: where can I find a strange antidote?

    It is also named murky antidote. I lost the chance to get one from the ankheg's cave,so I'm wondering now, beside the shop in baldur's gate east, where I can find one.

    Borda has a collection of cursed gear, including I think an antidote.

    IIRC the wizard Thalanthyr at his High Hedge has a +2 Longtooth on offer. While being a magically enhanced dagger, it has the cool quality of looking like a shortsword as well.

    in an umodded game of bgee thalantyr does not have longtooth, perhaps that is a mod doing that? you wont find longtooth until:
    chapter 7
    normally

    Yes, it appears Thalantyr does not vend this item.

    How odd. I recall buying it off him a long time ago on an unmodded BG. In knowing the Infinity Engine as I do, though, I know even stranger glitches possible.

    Here are some locations to find the cursed antidote:

    Ulcaster - Ruins - Corpse Pile
    Fishing Village - Ankheg Cave - Alcove
    Baldur's Gate East - Lucky Aello's Discount Store - Sold by Lucky Aello
    Baldur's Gate Southwest - Potion Shop - Sold by Storekeep

    If you play with Unfinished Business, one of the two merchants that is added to the Carnival also sells them.

    Borda has several cursed scrolls, and a cursed healing potion, but no cursed antidote.

    The Longtooth should only be available from:

    Krystin in the Undercellar
