The crashes are really random, but it happens more often at the end of the fights. You can spend an hour on your fight and get an annoying crash again and again. You can stand AFK for some hours and the game will crash. It doesn't matter, it just happens less often when you aren't in fight and do something.
The last fight with crashes was really annoying. It happened three times in a row.
You can see my dump report and save files below.

The same issue is rarely appears even in BG:EE.

Tested on Windwos XP, 7 and 10. Also tested both on PC and laptop.
