Can I replace the bard classes pick pocket button with something better, like detect or hide?

I go out of my way to minimize the amount of rogue in my groups. If I could, I'd have nothing but fighters, supported by arcane, divine and bards.

    Or full open lock. But idk if it ever possible.

    I wish it was possible, but as far as i know it is not...
