Is there an easy way to change the sanctuary overlay ?

I think the title is meaningful enough to express what I want to do. ;)

    The Sanctuary animation appears to be hardcoded into the game's executable. You can probably modify SANCTRY.BAM, but it might be used by other spells or visual effects. If you're adventurous you could search for "Sanctry" in the game executable and overwrite it with a sequence of Null characters to remove it or another BAM name to replace it.

    That's the answer I was afraid to read...

    As you know, I m an old bear and I have just succumbed to the Enhanced versions. I hoped this kind of things have been externalized.

    Anyways, I will go on porting my mod to the Enhanced version, taking advantage of the new opcodes, and try to find a workaround to change this .... ugly overlay.
