Spell Order Question

Quick question about how spells within a time stop work.

If I cast Greater Malison>Doom>Doom>Horrid Wilting will the target's saving throws be reduced previous to the HW?

Or will all spells hit at the same time because time was paused and thus the reduced saving throws will start afterwards?

Thanks in advance for clearing it up!

Doom doesn't stack anymore in EE, unfortunately, but the spell order is correct. GM will hit first.

All that matters is when the spell's projectile hits the target to deliver its effects. Since projectiles remain frozen in space until time stop ends, they will start moving all together at once. In which case, it will depend on individual projectile's speed to determine which one hits the target first. Most of them have the same speed, so it doesn't really matter, but if you want to be extra careful, cast debuffs from closer range, then step back a bit and cast HW from there, to ensure it will slightly lag behind GM/Doom.
