Skipping chapters?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hello everyone. Few months back I bought the BG: EE for my Android phone. I really enjoyed it, but the problem is, after getting to Chapter 5, my phone's motherboard died. So I obviously cannot play Baldur on that phone, and there is also no chance of getting the saves back. I'd like to start playing on my new phone but I don't feel like completing those first chapters again (especially since I've done them quite a few times already). So, my question is: is it possible to skip them?

    I don't think so. You could ask for someone else's save, and perhaps edit your character as you see fit in EEKeeper, but that's the closest you can get to skipping chapters.

    Don't know if that works for phones, perhaps saves are managed differently, no idea.

    What you can do is set the difficulty to story mode (where you're invulnerable and super-strong) and just rush through those chapters. You might be a little lacking in levels by the time you switch back, though.
