Was stacking Offensive Spin and Haste fixed?

Long time player here. The last time I completed the saga was about 10 years ago with a Blade. It was the most powerful and fun class I'd ever played, and I've played a ton of them.

Coming back to do a full playthrough of the EEs and SCS for the extra challenge, and after a billion rerolls, I settled on my favorite class. The Blade.

But now I'm noticing that I can no longer stack Offensive Spin and haste. It used to be possible by casting them in a certain order (I can't recall which had to be done first) but doing so in any order now seems to overwrite the other buff.

Was this fixed in the enhanced editions?

    It was, yes. If you're interested in what's changed you might want to look at the Release Notes.
