[BG1EE, WIN7, Beamdogclient] "The game waits for information from the server"

Hi!
i and my friend wants to play BG1EE Black pits together. I forward ports and then, he could to join the lobby. We ready our group and hit the start button. we both load the game and open animation started. Then something went wrong and the game showed him "waiting for information from the server"
After a moment his game fell into the MP menu and i remained alone.

we use no mods. Play with Czech lang.

I will be happy for any advice
