Morderkainen's sword & tenser's transformation & improved haste

I had something I was wondering about, the morderkainen thing tells us that you count as a warrior of half your caster level, whereas the tenser's transformation tells us the caster will fight like a warrior of his level.
Do they stack sortof? Does the tenser bonus take over?
How about using improved haste, does that double your number of attacks based on how many you had BEFORE the tenser transformation or does it apply after?
Quite confused with all this x_x'

(Disaster's black blade spell with improved haste and tenser's seems like a huge thing if the haste works ><)

Their "strikes as a fighter of full/half your caster level" only influences your Base THAC0, you will get whichever is cast last (which will always be tenser's, unless you've put them in sequencer/contingency). Nothing else between the two spells conflicts.

Haste's influence on APR is always applied last.

The Grandmastery provided by Black Blade of Disaster does not grant extra APR, with or without Tenser's.
