Ilytch irenicus dungeon

For a long time Ilytch, the duergar in irenicus dungeon didn't drop the Mail of the Dead +2, not that i care so much, but i thought that maybe i should inform this here, for future reference.
I saw that some people complained about the helm of balduran be missing too, along the Mail of the Dead +2. I don't remember well, but if you export a BG game with the cloak of balduran on your inventory but no helm of balduran, the cloak will be in the place of the helm.
I really don't remember if this is true (i always get both items, as i don't need the quest to obtain them, just need to know where they are) and if both items are on your inventory, only the helm will be in the proper place.
About mods, my actual game has some of them, but none that make any change on main char, vanilla companions or irenicus dungeon directly.
