Question (slight spoiler)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Looking for help.

For he first time I have used the short sword, Arbane's Sword of Agility +2, for its free action special ability. However, the ability doesn't work. Webs still hold me. Does this ability work or is it one of the many small bugs in the game? If it does work, is there a mod know to break it?

    *EDIT* I just looked it up and it grants immunity to hold person, which is a specific spell.

    So being labeled Free Action is way off for the special ability. Wait, what does the cleric spell free action do? Is it hold spells only as well?

    The priest spell protects against everything that alters your movement, including (Improved) Haste and Slow.

    I can't remember if the priest spell prevents Stun.

    As I recall, the text for Arbane SHOULD say it protects from hold person in the description and not free action. Are you using any mods?

    It probably reads free action as a buff when equipped. Either way hold is still amazing and personally I don't use web.
