Supplies destroyed - but fielded more troops?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Hey there,

Simple question. Is this a bug? During the Bridgefort siege, I destroyed the supplies and surrendered. At Dragonspear, though, suddenly there are more troops that have been "fielded" by the said supplies. Any insight? Thanks.

    Not a bug per se, but I see why it can be confusing. Even with destroyed supplies, there were supposed to be more crusaders present at Dragonspear - since they weren't killed during Bridgefort liberation. At some point, however, the line between supplies/no supplies outcomes have blurred and eventually disappeared due to other difficult/balance considerations, and thus the described situation was born...
    The discontinuity has been noted.
