Are dreams and the associated abilities missable?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Say if I don't sleep during Chapter 3, will I still get the Ch.3 dream and Cure/Drain in Ch.4 ?

    Your dreams will come in the order they were unlocked regardless of what chapter you are on. However, you DO need to rest to get the dream/ability. I've missed out on the last before because I didn't rest enough.

    the triggering of them is a bit random. It's possible to miss one or two. though the more you sleep the more likely you are to trigger all of them.
