Has the familiar import hp bug been fixed?

I want to import a new wizard character i completed BG1EE with, but I don't know whether the bug where you keep the initial bonus hp from a familiar, and then get it again when you summon another one has been fixed. My familiar is currently in my character's inventory in BG1

    Not fixed, no - but you can do it yourself in EEkeeper.
