Solar won't appear after Balthazar; Console help needed

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hello. I've completed everything except the 5th challenge and the final battle. After I kill Balthazar or convince him to join me, nothing happens. I've tried respawning him and killing him again, and nothing, the solar never appears and I can't do the fifth challenge and proceed. Is there a variable I can change to move ahead? I have a bunch of mods installed including Ascension, which I'm guessing is whats causing the issue.

    Have you installed wheels of prophesy as well? I don't think it's an Ascension issue.

    In case you have, check this:
    Talk to the exit from your pocket plane, it should have a new option 
    Global("DMWWGrove","GLOBAL",2)  >>>><b class="Bold"> check for this global!</b>
OR(2)
	Dead("balth")  // Balthazar
	Global("BalthazarFights","GLOBAL",1)
    to revisit the stone head grove.
