Escaping the asylum

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hi people, I'm in a spot where f bother, I can't get out the asylum, I've ended up in a maze with 4 stair cases and although I know where the exit is, I can't get out :(:(

    The exit stone head tells you something about a *hand* and a *crystal*, so you need those items. Which you get from some riddles in the area south of current one.
