Do failed romance in BG1 prevent romance in BG2 from starting

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
If i use EE Trilogy or import my save game with the failed romance with for instance Neera, then can her romance in BG2 start normally?

    If you import your BG1 char to BG2 in that case, it shouldn't prevent romances. Can't say about the EET mod, though.
