More quest options with Detect Evil/Alignment

Need some more quest triggers/dialogue options with existing quests that use Detect Evil/Alignment. I play a paladin and frankly I spam Detect Evil lol. I can only really think of one case when it actually impacted the outcome of a quest
Perhaps add in some dialogue options if the player cast Detect Evil/Alignment and let that reflect learning such info to get quests a bit more dynamic.
(Anomen's Knight quest I think in BGII)
now I reached Bridgefort and naturally spammed it and found that the priestess of the temple was evil
unfortunately this changed nothing with the Tenders of the Dead quest
and her plans went along with it much to the pain of the NPC. Perhaps add in some dialogue options if the player cast Detect Evil/Alignment and let that reflect learning such info to get quests a bit more dynamic.
