Trying to download purchased soundtracks results in error 403

I just completed my Soundtrack collection (IWD:EE and BG2:EE) together with purchase of NWN:EE, however I cannot download any of the newly purchased soundtracks, neither any of the soundtracks I purchased before (BG:EE and PST:EE).
Any download attempt results in 403:Forbidden.

    When you click a link on the website it generates a link based off their IP address. For some reason the IP address our server is seeing is different then the IP address the download server is seeing. Can you try it from another IP?

    Thanks! Trying from home instead of work seems to have worked!
