Black Pits Continue Button Problems

I have been trying to use the continue button in the Black Pits main menu and it keeps crashing each time I click on the button in question (crashing & hanging, having to Ctrl+Alt+Delete to get in Task Manager and End Task)

PS: the same button in the main game & Siege of Dragonspear still works (just Black Pits crashes with the continue button)
