How do you unlock the locked closet in TNO's room?

in Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition
There's a locked closet in TNO's room in the Festhall which can't seem to be lockpicked or bashed open. How do you open it?

    It depends. In an unmodded game you can simply bash or pick the lock. If PST-UB's "Expanded Deionarra's Truth" is installed you have to complete a certain quest first.

    Thank you, this was confusing me. May I just ask who the quest giver is?

    You can start the quest
    when you return to Sigil after a lengthy absence by talking to a certain member of the Brothel in Clerk's Ward. The mod's readme should give you some hints about what is needed to start it.

    I just can't figure this out. I'm using the modded version and do not know how to start the quest even after going through the whole brothel.
