As far I know there are no potions nor spells to remove tired status.
Fatigue can only be increased or completely reset to the base value by resting, but not decreased.
Goodberry is a pointless spell because it is used to eat in the paper game, but in the videogame characters do not have to eat (please remember that YOU do). Still it could get sense if eating berries would remove tired status that occurs not at the same time among party members with different constitution.
If only a character gets tired when you change area there is no needing the entire party rests.

IWD do have a spell that removes Fatigue (Unfailing Endurance IIRC), but having this effect on Goodberries would be great.
