Gnome Fighter/Mage not Specialized Anymore

When I create a gnome fighter/mage, it is no longer a fighter/illusionist. The character does not receive the specialist bonus spells and can learn necromancy spells. I checked for updates in the beamdog client, and it says it is up to date.

    Do you use any mods tweaking possible character classes/kits? Any other mods?

    What version of the game do you use? Which game?

    Did you have one of your stats temporarily or perminatly lowered. I know some like conj require like 16 cons and if you did a quest that reduces it by 1 in theory it could change your class since you don't fit the requirements. I have not tested this but maybe its a thing
