Alter Opcode 219 and Others Requests

Opcodes 178 and 179 allow you to specify the amount of bonus (or penalty) you can have against a creature type, but Opcode 219 only gives you a flat 2.
Feature Request 1: Make Opcode 219 behave like Opcode 178 and Opcode 179 (which means: let you chose the value of the bonus or penalty).
Feature Request 2: Create a new Opcode that works like 178 and 179 but that involves Saving Throws.
Feature Request 3: Create two new General identifier entries, one for Fiends and another one for Aberrations.
Feature Request 4: Make that a caster doesn't lose extra spell slots provided by weapons when casting spells that create weapons like Flame Blade or Melf's Minute Meteor.
