Myconid Spawn Bug?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
So I think I might have broken the poisoned crusader quest somehow, I saw the myconid near the tower die but the elder never spawned (possibly because I didn't loot?). Now I can't seem to get the elder to spawn, even if I loot.

Heck with it, what's the item ID for the bit I need so I can just console it in?

    I think the bad druid has the potion when you kill him at the root of the poisoned tree.
