It's not specifically Greyhawk, it's more Planescape.

Here is what I gather/deduce based on UA:

Fluff focuses on conflicts: blood war, elves vs drow, dwarves vs duergar etc.

Monsters geared to high level play, with more than half over CR10.

    Playable races:
    Gith
Aaracora and Genasi reprinted/revised (my guess).

Playable subraces for all core races apart from human.
Elves: Eladrin (revised), Grugach, Avariel, Shadar-Kai.
Tiefling: subraces associated with various powerful fiends.
Dwarves: multiple duergar?! Mul (my guess)
Gnomes and halfings: mentioned specifically, but vaguely - gungans kender? Arthas Cannibal halfings?
    Dragonkin, Half Orcs??

I probably won't buy this right away for various reasons but it is definitely a good sign for the game.

    Githzerai and Githyanki?

The playtest UA download has "gith" as a race with zerai and yanki as subraces.

It looks like something I'm unlikely to rush out and buy right away, unless they slip in psionics.

I agree with those predictions, save that I'd be a little surprised to see Dark Sun or Dragonlance content. Maybe some of the many varieties of planetouched that showed up in later 3/3.5e supplements -- Maeluth (dwarf/devil), Wispling (halfling/demon), etc?

And if I were a betting man, I'd bet that the illithids will be involved in at least one of the major conflicts, whether that's "Flayers vs. Gith," "Flayers vs. Duergar," or both of those and more.

It would be difficult not to mention mind flayers, however this is principally a monster book, and lots of mind flayer variants have already been detailed.

As for Dragonlance and Dark Sun, both settings have already been mentioned in 5e books, and there is reason to think the book includes content specific to FR and Greyhawk (e.g. Grugach).

I can't read the article from the link, but more content is rarely a bad thing with a game such as this ;)
