Exit from Cloakwood

Hi @ all,
I have a problem to leave the cloakwood after I completed the cloakwood mine quest. I can't go outside the cloakwood maps. All areas outside the cloakwood areas are not available. It doesn't matter which area I go... I can't reach Beregost, Nashkell or Baldurs Gate or anything else...

Can you help me?

    I've teleported to Beregost, but now, all the areas I discovered are gone
