Looking for "Area World Mod" for PW

I"m trying to track down a mod I had years ago. Some guy made a huge "starter" module for PWs. It was just Areas, a fleshed out world. But no encounters or scripting.
The idea, is that modders and PW could use it as a base to get started and build their own scripts, lore, etc around it.
I forgot what it was called though. It had 200+ areas, each very well made.

I would say that this search of the Neverwinter Vault is probably as good a place as any to start. I wish you luck in your tracking endeavor!
