Updated some 2da files and now NO Cloaks

So I finally got brave and updated my haks 2da files to the CEP 1.69 versions. with my few lines added in.

I Now can NOT see cloaks on players or NPC either in the toolset or ingame. I am pretty sure I didn't change anything having to do with cloaks in 2da files (unless I did it unknowingly)

Visible Cloaks = 1 is set

cloaks were working prior. Any advice?

    had some of the hak files out of order!! make sure your order is correct if you have this issue come up ;)

    all is fix and good for me.
