Improved Alacrity Spells per round rate caps

It would be nice if we could mod the improved alacrity effect so that it could act in a manner such that spells could be cast at a pre-specified rate, eg 2/round (3 sec), 3 per round (2 sec), 6pr (1 sec), current behaviour (0 sec)

That would give mod makers a way to implement balanced faster casting in mods, such as spell revisions or 3ED implementations, which could be fun and not substantially alter balance

    I read a discussion you'd had where it sounded like it was a tad hard for you to workaround relative to the gain. (https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/35035/set-spells-round-to-2-how)

    I liked the idea as presently any faster casting mods which also allow improved alacrity end up making the caster too powerful as they can cast ~6 spells regardless of spell level after all the spell casting time affecting items are worn
