CPU getting ready to launch

I thought it was just me. My computer is sounding like it's getting ready to take off.

cpu running 1.69 stays at 25%

cpu running EE runs 44%-50%

gets pretty noisy

Anything I can do in settings?

    Did you try to turn off Ambient Occlusion?

    A good idea may be to lower the anti-aliasing, it seems to be one of the biggest hits to framerate.

    Do you use any workshop items/mods?

    Turned off Ambient Occlusion

    I turned off the other 3 things on that menu. I didn't like the Depth of Field. It was kinda cool but I like seeing things.

    The only thing in the mod is CEP2.3

    Running a steady 44%-50% play for about 5-10 minutes then fans start working pretty good.

    Ok been experimenting.

    I turned off my Aero theme .I launch game and just at the multiplayer menu , I'm running 33%.

    In game now I'm running 35%-42%
