Bug NWNEE texture flickering

The textures in the game are flickering like crazy, it´s hard to explain so i send attached to this report a video showing the problem. I tested in a persistent world BUT this happen in any module of the game even the OC/Hotu/Sotu.

This started after i updated my nvidia driver to the new 391.35.
i already tryied to change settings to max/low but nothing work...Right now im using these settings:

    Already did, tks for the work.
    Obs: did a rollback to the driver 378.92 and the bug doesn´t exist in this version...the problem really is the driver 391.35
