[spoiler] Mironda not in Hidden Refuge

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
The Dwarven wild mage Mironda sent me on a quest to find a keg of Halfling's ale in Trademeet. Before I went to do the Trademeet quest however, I did finish the main Hidden Refuge questline, releasing the wild mages from the Red Wizards.
So now the Hidden Refuge is restored after being razed to the ground
but among the wild mages in the Refuge, there's no Mironda. Where can she be found? Is there a CLUA code I can use to spawn her and finish the quest perhaps?

    The wild mages whose sidequests are incomplete when the refuge is razed will die. You need to do the quest that involves recruiting Daxus last.

    That's a pity, as I avoided Trademeet for with a low-level party Trademeet's quest is quite a daunting task. I'll remember for a next playthrough, to get that ale earlier.
