Modify unarmed damage/threat range/multiplier?

Is this possible? Where are they defined? Doesn't appear to be baseitems.2da. I'm mainly looking to change the threat range/multiplier.

It's hardcoded. It can be hacked through nwnx (in a server environment) or it can be overridden by giving the monk (or any unarmed character, regardless of class) some creature/natural attacks (they're special weapon types) in the hidden equipped inventory slots. You'd need to implement that through a scripted system that takes into account the class level and sets the desired appropriate values
