Add "View Skybox" Feature

Greetings and warm winds to you,

In the same vein as the other Toolset View buttons (sounds, shadows, lighting, triggers, waypoints, et al), I think it would be extremely smart to add a View Skybox feature button that would allow the skybox to be viewed while in the toolset. With so many skyboxes available, it takes quite a bit of time to find the one that best suits a given area.
