Faster portrait selection

In the toolset, selecting portraits for new templates is unnecessarily slow, especially if you already know which portrait is required. The worst case is using a placeable portrait for a creature - the set takes forever to load. With custom content, especially, paging through all the creature or placeable portraits can be a chore.

Several solutions - allow the portrait name to be entered directly, and/or accelerate loading the lists, and/or break lists into subsets.

(Apologies if this has been suggested before).

    Yes... at least allow them to be entered by name there. That always seemed broken. It could also filter by name as you start to type.

    It takes at most 2 seconds to load placeable portraits for me.. Do you need a lot of custom portraits for it to become slow?
