Sign in authentication failed?

I'm getting this message when trying to sign in to buy an upgrade to NWN directly from Beamdog. Is it a temporary site bug or has something changed where I'll have to update my account? I'm having no problems signing into the forums or using the Beamdog client to log into play other games that I've purchased. Any suggestions or feedback is appreciated.

    Try to use a different browser.

    @JuliusBorisov: Thank you. Edge worked just fine. I don't know if I've used Chrome to purchase anything from Beamdog in the past. Does it have a history of having conflicts or is that just a temporary thing that happens with browsers at times?

    We've got a few cases where it doesn't work for certain users.
