Can't install NWN Deluxe and Darkness Over Daggerford

I just upgraded NWN to the deluxe and also bought Darkness Over Daggerford. Neither are available to install. They are listed in my account on Beamdog but can't be selected for install.

    I should also mention that I can not uninstall nwn. I get an error every time I try. Very much regretting upgrading and buying Darkness over Daggerford at the moment.

    had the same problem, here's what to do under the title for nwnee, there is a drop down bar where it says english start, click on that and choose the one you bought, the select it, if chosen right it should show the option to download it and install it

    Thank you! I found it and I am downloading it. I guess it was too obvious.
