Premium Modules and OC

Hello!

I want to ask if buying Premium Modules changes anything in any of 3 Official Campaigns?
Does Modules add items, perks, enemies to OCs? Or is new content in Modules 'self contained' and kept just inside Module storyline?
I know that Wyvern Crown adds riding perk (but doesn't add anything to ride). Anything else?

What I want to know is if I miss anything in 3 OCs if I don't have Premium Modules?

    They are self-contained. You don't miss anything in the OC if you did not purchase the modules.
