[Bug Multiplayer - List Hosts] Help me Please! :/

BG 1,2 and Dragon Spear OK!
IWD = Error.
When I start Multiplayer and it is in the list of servers, the game hangs, and gives the error below:
"The Beamdog Client encountered an error trying to run Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition (Retail). Please contact Beamdog support and mention exit code: 3221225477"
I use Windows 10, my video card is good! And the BG1, 2e and Dragon Spear, work perfectly in Multiplayer.
I already reinstalled the game (I unzipped and erased all vestiges of it in my PC and reinstalled), and continued the error, I installed the IWD in two other PCs, the error continued the same.
How can I solve this?

I do not know if there's another process to check. Does anyone have a solution?
