No Flail for Clerics?

After giving Aerie a proficiency point for Flail, I now find she can't equip one.

Is this a bug, or possibly an issue with my mods? I did apply some things from the tweakpack, including loosening restrictions for multi/dual class, but I don't think that should have made any difference.

My plan was to give Aerie the Girdle of Hill Giant Strength, and the Flail of Ages. Any cheat or patch I can apply to make this happen?

    I am currently playing a game with Aerie using FoA... I have the latest Steam version of the game.
    Maybe some of your mods messed this?

    Hahaha I figured out the problem. I was wrong, Anomen can use them. Aerie can't with her default strength.
