I've had a pretty good run today with a F/M/T, the most useful tool I had was the fairy dragon(?) familiar you get from being chaotic good. Casts invis 10' radius which is sooooooo useful combined with backstab. At lvl 5/5/6 I am getting 2 casts of invisibility as well, so a potential 4 backstabs in any one fight

I'm currently on the solo multi illusionist/thief run (no reload). I find it unfair to use your familiar in BG1 because it's a BG2 spell. In BG1 a fighting familiar, especially the fairy dragon, gives you an advantage that is not meant to be there.

I tried doing an Ironman no-reload game using only mages, so i was a Sorcerer, multi-classed Im to a mage, grabbed Xzar and killed off monty, grabbed Edwin and Dynaheir and killed off Minsc and finally picked up Xan to complete my super mage troup, we were a wrecking ball! carving through kobold and Hobgoblin alike, Ankegs went flleeing into their pits! people stepped aside as we walked through town, it was a time of greatness... then we got ambushed by a bunch of bandits, survived! lost Xan and Xzar, but survived! went to return to our journey and straight away got into another ambush by bandits... didnt make it this time, the game cheated me!!

awesome thread lol. I sometimes randomly say "I kicked him in the head till he was dead" in that annoying bandit voice to my brother haha
