Ignot the Gnoll attacks when spotted

Ignot the Gnoll is supposed to start a dialogue when he approaches you, however in my instance of the game, if I approach Ignot he attacks immediatly and I recieve no text.

The only reason I knew it was an issue was due to several guides stating that he is supposed to mention something about Dynahaer

    Did this happen before or after you rescued Dynaheir?
    If it happened AFTER, then it isn't a bug. Ingot wanted to cook Dynaheir :D

    Patch 2011 fixed that encounter. If you meet Ignot before saving Dynaheir, he has the proper dialogue. If you meet him after saving Dynaheir, Ignot says that he wants to eat her :)
