laggy cutscenes

not sure if it is really a bug but the cutscenes for my version of BG: EE are pretty much unwatchable, due to how they are constantly skipping. My version is up to date with all of the current patches and my platform is vista. just wondering if anybody else is having this problem?

Yeah my cutscenes and battles are still super slow; I'm sure it'll be fixed one of these days. It doesn't make the game unplayable, so I'm not too worried about it.

Noticed that the finger is always at intel chip followed by 'bad time". I have an AMD chip with the same problem. slow downs especially during combat and there's been no way to time when its going to happen other then the 80% sure its going to happen during a fight. Yet no one posts a link saying that my Amd chip is at fault, I declare favoritism!!
