[EDIT] Potentially fixed - the amulet must now be identified, and the effects have their probabilities set
The item's identified strref is compressed now (dog ate my cr/lf).
In BG2 this item wouldn't be usable by wizardslayer.
Looks like this is Confirmed Not Fixed if it's still got class restriction issues...? Definitely if AMUL18 isn't done, we'll keep it in this thread and move it to the Confirmed Not Fixed forum...
I also think we concluded elsewhere that unidentified items should be equippable (and it is), so that's ok too.

I tested this Amulet in Build 0803 and my Wizard Slayer can't equip it, so that's ok.

The description says that the amulet gives a +2 bonus to damage and to hit against Lycanthropes. But you mention that it should protect against Lycanthropes. Which one is correct?
So I can confirm that its also granting the +2 to hit and +2 to damage against Lycanthropes.
Everything is Confirmed Fixed.
OK, looking at AMUL18 with NI I see that LYCANHIT.EFF and LYCANDAM.EFF have both been fixed so that Probability is set to 100.
It also lists "( Wizardslayer(1) )" as its only "Unusable by" reference, and "Lore to Identify" as 50 (unlike vBG1's 0).
