New characters getting tired too soon?

I have both Neera and the Blackguard in my party, and they both get tired so earlier than anyone else in my party (Actullay they are the only ones that got tired so far, but both at the same time). Are they getting tired earlier than others or it's just coincidence?

    Fatigue depends on constitution.

    Yeah, what Avenger said.
    All 3 new NPCs will probably get tired long before the rest of your party (unless you don't care about CON stats), as all 3 only have a 14 CON.
