    There is some extraordinarily impracticable footwear.... and boobwear for that matter...on your prototypical female fantasy character.

    @Edwin Male characters aren't immune to that. Conan is depicted fighting in a bearskin loincloth/drape. A lot of female fantasy pinup art is drawn with a lot less realism. I'd like to think that most characters wear more practical armor, though.

    I didn't mean "your" pictures, per se. Objectifying women (and men as you pointed out, though I argue to a lesser degree) just seems part and parcel of the genre...Just an observation...I'm not really complaining about the situation. ;-)

    @Edwin Oh, Okay. :) That being said, unless the character is some kind of mage/sorceress or non-combat class, I do try to find ones in fairly sane armor (Goddesses and monsters who rely on seduction not included).

    @SharGuidesMyHand Can't say I like the poser ones too much, and I have some of the Legends of the Cryptids art here already. Also, I try to use this thread for art that can be used as in-game character portraits, and some of yours don't fit. Maybe make your own thread for those?
